Professional Bio (EN): Reem Nasser BinZayed is a licensed speech-language pathologist at Kuwait’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital, with a specialized focus on pediatric and infant feeding and swallowing disorders. A graduate of Kuwait University with a degree in Communication Disorders, Reem has contributed extensively to clinical care, research, and professional education across inpatient and outpatient settings. She co-established SLT services in the NICU at Maternity Hospital—one of only two such programs in Kuwait—and has presented research at international conferences including ASHA. Reem is passionate about culturally informed care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the advancement of speech therapy practices in Kuwait.

Professional Bio (AR): ريم ناصر بن زايد أخصائية نطق ولغة مرخّصة في مستشفى الطب الطبيعي وإعادة التأهيل في الكويت، ومتخصصة في اضطرابات البلع والتغذية لدى الأطفال والرضّع. تخرّجت من جامعة الكويت بتخصص في علوم اضطرابات التواصل، وقد ساهمت بشكل فعّال في الرعاية الإكلينيكية، والبحث العلمي، والتعليم المهني في أقسام المرضى الداخليين والخارجيين. شاركت ريم في تأسيس خدمات أخصائيي النطق واللغة في وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة بمستشفى الولادة، لتكون ثاني خدمة من نوعها في الكويت، وقد قدّمت أبحاثها في مؤتمرات دولية مثل مؤتمر ASHA. تهتم ريم بتقديم رعاية قائمة على فهم ثقافي، وتعزيز العمل التخصصي المشترك، وتطوير ممارسات علاج النطق في الكويت.
