Professional Bio (EN): Fatima Juma is the Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Fawzia Sultan Health Network (FSHN), where she leads the strategic direction & clinical operations of a multidisciplinary team offering physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology & exercise therapy for both pediatric & adult clients. With over 22 years of international experience, Fatima has played a central role in developing Kuwait’s private rehab sector since 2009. A physiotherapist herself, she draws on her clinical background to shape what’s needed in effective, patient-centered private care. At FSHN, she has been instrumental in expanding integrated care models, launching new service lines in neurorehabilitation, women’s health & developmental therapy, and mentoring a diverse clinical team. She previously served as Medical Director & Operations Manager at DISC Kuwait, overseeing the full setup of a high-end physiotherapy clinic. Between 2020–2022, she consulted internationally in Spain, Germany, Bermuda & Kuwait on service development, licensing & operational design. Her leadership is defined by collaboration, clinical excellence & innovation.

Professional Bio (AR): تشغل فاطمة جمعة منصب المدير الطبي لخدمات التأهيل في مجموعة فوزية السلطان الصحية (FSHN)، حيث تتولى قيادة التوجّه الاستراتيجي والإشراف السريري على فريق متعدد التخصصات يضم اختصاصيي العلاج الطبيعي، والعلاج الوظيفي، وعلاج النطق، والعلاج بالحركة، ويُعنى بتقديم خدمات تأهيلية شاملة للأطفال والبالغين.

تتمتّع فاطمة بخبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من اثنين وعشرين عامًا على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، وقد اضطلعت بدور محوري في تطوير قطاع التأهيل الخاص في دولة الكويت منذ عام 2009. وبصفتها اختصاصية علاج طبيعي، تستند في منهجها إلى قاعدة سريرية متينة تمكّنها من فهم وتشكيل نماذج رعاية تأهيلية فعّالة، تتمحور حول احتياجات المريض ضمن القطاع الخاص.

أسهمت فاطمة بصورة فعّالة في توسعة نطاق خدمات FSHN من خلال تطوير نماذج الرعاية المتكاملة، وإطلاق مسارات علاجية متخصصة في التأهيل العصبي، وصحة المرأة، وتأخر النمو والتطور، كما أشرفت على بناء فرق متعددة التخصصات تتميّز بالكفاءة والتنوع.

وقد شغلت سابقًا منصب المدير الطبيةومدير العمليات في مركز DISC – الكويت، حيث أشرفت على تأسيس عيادة علاج طبيعي ذات مستوى عالٍ من التخصص والتميّز.

بين عامي 2020 و2022، قدّمت فاطمة استشارات دولية في كلٍّ من إسبانيا، وألمانيا، وبرمودا، والكويت، تناولت فيها تطوير الخدمات، وأنظمة الترخيص، وتصميم الإجراءات التشغيلية. وتتميّز قيادتها بالتركيز على التعاون المهني، والتميّز السريري، والابتكار المستدام.
